Abstract

GERONIMO BLASCO, Carolina et al. Proyecto de mejora de la asistencia sanitaria (MAS): estudio multicéntrico y multidisciplinar. Primeras conclusiones. Med. segur. trab. [online]. 2014, vol.60, suppl.1, pp.251-253. ISSN 1989-7790.

The aim is to define the working method used in the study of the health care quality of minor work accidents, following the phases of the process (the study of communication between the services involved in the quality and continuity of the health care and consistency in the clinical decisions). The diagnoses were selected based on their importance and frequency. The evaluation is the key part of the Quality Plan. The choice of the material to be evaluated is base don three factors: the importance, the representativeness and the accessibility. In this work we have defined the objectives to be achieved by determining the current situation, by making a diagnosis and by defining the problems to be solved and the areas to improve. We have analyzed the most prevalent minor pathologies that result from work accidents. We are working on the implementation of clinical pathways as an instrument to decrease variability, clinical management and as well as tool for the patient education and updated training for the professional personnel.

Keywords : Quality of health care; clinical variability; temporary disability; contingency determination; clinical pathways.
