Abstract

The study of the Autonomous Region in 2367 cases of MC-Mutual, which contingency have been professional with processing of proposal-report clinical-work, has revealed that there are differences in the assessment of how the proposed sequel Mutual the resolutions of the INSS, the judgments of the Labour Courts and judgments of the High Courts of Justice.
