"Noting the statements contained in the press on labor disability patients with fibromyalgia, Chronic Fatigue Syndrome and Multiple Chemical Sensitivity we note that these judgments come more often from the courts of Catalonia. Analyze territorial inequalities on incapacity and take appropriate corrective action must be one of the main objectives of the health authorities, the National Institute of Social Security and also of judges and magistrates. The variables that can influence such discrepancies are going to be studied in this paper".
