Abstract

In this paper, there is debate on the several stapes of medical training and the most appropriate training environments for each one. The evolution followed in Spain in training in Occupational Medicine and the performance of the National School of Occupational Medicine, as a reference institution, the current training programs and the new strategies based on e-learning developments to overcome barriers for occupational medicine practicioners long live training.
