Metastastic spread of renal cell carcinoma to the parotid gland is rare. In the indexed literature, with only 29 patients recorded since 1986. The case of a 61-year-old patient who developed parotid metastasis of renal cell carcinoma five years after unilateral nephrectomy is reported.
