The objective of this article is to make clear the difficulties found in the psychological treatment of the sexual abuse children when the mothers’ victims do no bet on their son. When these characteristics are present, beside the difficulties and the abuse trauma, we have to add all the derived complications from the judicial process that is taken place at the same time and involve to all the family system’s members. Nor to have into account these considerations is to obviate a very important part of the therapeutic process which is related with the final prognosis of the case. We also pretend with this article to share our experience in relation to our clinical work in a specialized service at the Local Administraton, based in a not hospital setting.
