The present work debates the relationships among familiy patterns, State Patterns and menthal suffering. There"s a close relationship between situations of great menthal suffering, registered in men as well as in women, and behavioral prescriptions, identity crisis, family ideals and macro political situations- as the empire of various conceptions around the role of the State. This work has been developed as of «clinical cases» in a psychiatry institution in Mendoza (Argentina). Its environmental has been analyzed with regard to witch family patterns have holded diverse State Pattern, as well as the dissimilar suffering forms expressing the stories of patients confronting various dilemmas.
