Often, in surgical center, patient´s attendance is impersonal and, naturally, peculiar problems are unawarred. The aim of this study is to recognize professionals and their relationship with patients´satisfaction representing around humanization, an in-depth direct contact with sanitary staff and patients at those operating rooms. Probably,  a humanization of caring is the first steep to reach success and quality of attendance in the health services.
