Introduction: With the advances achieved in the therapy antirretroviral, the ailment of opportunistic illnesses correlated to the infection by the human inmunodeficiencia´s virus has diminished but the prevalence of patients infected by this virus is bigger as a consequence of the increase of survival. Development: The fight against the epidemic of AIDS, request an instrumentation of fast and effective guided stock, most all, to the premature detection of phenomenon and to establish immediately measures adapted of Healht. Besides, Instituc with diagnostic capabilities is important and specialized and fact-finding epidemiologic capabilities is essential and of structure and organization of Healht system in his three primary, halfway and specialized levels, with the human resources and materials made suitable, in general, highly difficult. Conclusions: Level of primary medical attendance it srikes up the principal battles with the aim of defeating the terrible epidemic of AIDS in his succes and, the infirmary has place irreplaceable and emphasized.
