With the objective to give answers to a hole number of questions about women’s experience on Breast Cancer, since they were diagnosed until they were operated. We used the Qualitative Research Methodology of Phenomenological Trajectory, to understand their life experience in relation to their disease, to contribute with knowledge that will allow us to improve the quality of health care. For this research I made interviews to eight patients from Pathologic Mammary Unit (PMU) of Hospital Clínico Regional Valdivia (HCRV), of Valdivia’s city, Chile. The age range was between thirty nine and seventy eighth years old. Their environment family is different among them, but they are all mothers. Through the analysis of the interviews it was possible to reveal the phenomenon in research. The following subjects were those of most relevance: Knowing the news; Hard time accepting their disease; Experience the impact on family stability; Acknowledge their support lines; Appreciation of given health care.
