The mass media contribute to the formation of the professional identities, as well as to the stereotypes environment to these. At present, in many television channels they some series that amuse the life of health professionals. Series, all she by-products of the television success of the production American "ER", such as "Hospital Central ", "House", "MIR", "Grey’s Anatomy", etc. This article, analyzes how the mass media can present a stereotyped image of the nursing that can influence the process of socialization of the professions, determining the perception that the society has about the nurse role.
