The daily life generates situations of uncertainty in the experiences of people's health, starting from which the challenge is to co-build a new nursing care. The objective is to analyze the characteristics of the concept of uncertainty and to propose a care that rescues the daily situations that configure the experiences of people's health in its environment. The process of care is located in the daily life, leaving of being discovered as active participants, in scenarios that integrate the art and the nursing science; generating intuitive, respectful, loving and ethical cares. The corollary one is the creative experience and aesthetics of the person's transformation and the search of nursing knowledge in the diversity. The invitation is to think and to make an essentially human and transformer care in the person's daily life.
