Qualitative research is dynamic and flexible and is, particularly, oriented into research process. Nature of phenomena which are studied from qualitative research needs that flexibility and dynamism so that research process will respond to the research object needs. Flexibility requires reflexivity strategies, constant critical attitude with all those methodological decisions we adopt. This is necessary in order to assure methodological rigour and congruence. This article tries to clarify flexibility and reflexivity terms in the context of a particular research.
