Abstract

Objective: understanding the meaning of humanized care experience for participants. Methodology: Interpretative phenomenological study based on interviews involving 16 adult participants. Results: receptivity without discrimination, interest in caring, listen to complaints, take care in all person's areas and involve the family are essential details in humanized care. Conclusion: The humanized care includes details to promote nurse-patient interaction.
