Objective: Describe through the relation between the hermeneutic phenomenology, the care and worldview of nursing, nursing implications for the use of hermeneutic phenomenological perspective. Methodology: Theoretical essay as a result of a revisionthe hermeneutic phenomenological perspective that offers the tools to understand the meaning of human experience in the process of building the caring, eje fundamental of the profession; through this essay, we seek to do an input to the discipline for a better understanding of the human beings, in an attempt to offer individualized cares from the unitary being, so that humanizes care practice. Conclusion: Approaches the nursing care to the human reality, contributes to the investigation, the practice and makes visible the nursing care.
