Abstract

DA SILVA COPELLI, Fernanda Hannah et al. Theoretical approaches of the socialization process in the nurses education. Index Enferm [online]. 2016, vol.25, n.4, pp.258-262. ISSN 1699-5988.

Nurses education is mediated by the need to build technical, ethical and political competencies for nursing care. The development of these competences is impregnated with elements of cognition, affection and sociability in the teaching-learning process. This paper presents a theoretical study that aimed to analyze the theoretical approaches of the socialization process in the nurses education, which has three theoretical perspectives: the sociology dimension, the Freire's pedagogical concept and the framework of knowledge management. Nurses are agents of socialization in all stages of their training process, in the undergraduate or postgraduate level, since socialization permeate all social relationships.

Keywords : Socialization; Education in Nursing; Nursing students; Sociology; Knowledge Management.
