Abstract

The techniques of idea generation have been applied as part of the methodology used in the approach to many different health and care management issues. Objectives: identify the most relevant techniques, summarize their main characteristics and their current application in different areas of health. The methodology and application of techniques such as brainstorning, the "six hats for thinking", Morphological analysis, Sinectica, Mental Maps, 5W1H, are reviewed.
