The spinal erector plane block is a regional anesthesia technique with favorable results in the management of postoperative pain in pediatric patients. Reports are few in Latin America. We present the case of a 5-year-old patient with a diagnosis of Pectus Excavatum undergoing a conventional surgical technique (Ravitch technique). Bilateral erector spinae plane block is performed with ultrasound guidance at the level of the transverse process of T5, obtaining adequate intraoperative hemodynamic stability and postoperative analgesia.
