Cavity wounds may differ in many aspects. An integral assessment of the patient and wound characteristics is critical to choose the right treatment. The Hydrofiber® technology Ribbon Dressing with Strengthening Fibre provides all the advantages of moist wound healing as it gels in contact with exudate. The stitchbonding material and structure allows to introduce the dressing into the cavity and can be easily removed in one-piece, facilitating the work of healthcare professionals and increasing the patient´s comfort, The benefits of the dressing have been proved in different clinical cases of cavity wounds.
