We develop of a case study throughout the nursing process steps, based on the Dorothea Orem model by developing the major diagnoses, result criteria and interventions to increase the quality life of patients in their last months of life. A problem has been detected in the control and management of the pain which disturbs the patient quality of life, as well as the realization of the daily life activities. Knowing the health deviations of the patient give us the power to carry out interventions and activities according to the deviation, as well as setting out our objectives depending on the progress or setbacks that we will know when evaluating the implementation of interventions.
