Death due to plastic bag suffocation (PBS) is associated with different manners of diying (suicide, homicide, accident). Currently it is infrequent in our area, but it is on the increase, especially as a method of suicide according to the bibliography revised. In this paper we describe two cases of deaths due to PBS with the aim of determining coincidences and differences between both. We also intend to determine the degree of correspondence with the findings described in the bibliography revised with several reference to the autopsy findings in the cervical area.
