Resumen
GALTES, I.; JORDANA, X.; GARCIA, C. y MALGOSA, A.. Activity markers in skeletal remains. Cuad. med. forense [online]. 2007, n.48-49, pp.179-189. ISSN 1988-611X.
Activity markers are defined as observable changes in the internal and/or external bone architecture which develop under conditions of prolonged and continued stress imposed by habitual or occupational activity. The evidences obtained from these markers are very important information which allows us to make hypothesis about certain aspects of the subjects life, useful when it comes to individualize skeletal remains. Therefore, the analysis of these markers should be considered as an additional step in the forensic necroidentification.
