Resumen

ZURITA ORTEGA, F. et al. Psycosomatic aspects involved in the sports injuries. CPD [online]. 2014, vol.14, n.2, pp.81-88. ISSN 1989-5879.

In this studied the existing relation was evaluated between a set of physical and psychological variables as the anxiety, the state of mind and social support in the occurrence of sports injuries. There formed a part of the investigation a total of 48 girls, practicing participants of handball. The procedure consisted in fulfulling four questionnaires (SCAT, POMS, STAI-E/R and Questionnaire of Social Support) and a tool designed on purpose ("self-report of sport injuries"), in order to assess a set of variables throughout all the season (from November 2010 to May 2011) by the sportwomen. A "logistic regression was realized by steps" to know the explanatory capacity of the factors. The results indicated a prediction of 88,89% of the selected variables. On the other hand when three psychological variables were in use (anxiety condition/feature, social support and competitive anxiety) in the analysis of regression for steps the results demonstrate a predictive capacity of 75,51%. It would be an interest the development of new investigations to confirm the results obtained in the present study.
