Living with the Human Immunodeficiency Virus and the Acquired Immunodeficiency Syndrome usually becomes a negative personal experience, which translates into pain and suffering. This means a real challenge for the nursing care, which is based on a human interaction which complexity depends on the dialog and bilateral interaction between the nurse and the patient, and implies a reflection of moral kind, in all that it involves values, feelings and moral justifications; that in the practice have frequently been overlooked. This article intends to show a theoretical framework based on empirical research that allows exploring and understanding, the moral feelings that guide the relation nurse-person, who live with HIV / AIDS. In this way, it is necessary to resource to theoretical concepts of the moral philosophy of nursing.
