Implant therapy in the anterior region does not only consist of tooth replacement but it also requires esthetic outcomes. Sometimes tooth loss or the cause of tooth loss can create tissue deficiencies in the alveolar ridge. It is very important to perform an accurate diagnosis of each case in order to perform a predictable, gratifying and lasting treatment plan. It is also necessary to know the existing procedures to avoid or solve these tissue deficiencies and the best moment to use them.
