Polyarticular pain is very common in the daily practice of primary care physicians. The diagnosis of the articular pathology is fundamentally clinical and the anamnesis is the most important diagnostic tool we have. Some of these cases can be the rheumatic manifestation of some type of cancer and their clinical course is usually parallel to the tumor.
