Neuroethics is a part of bioethics that arises from reflection and deliberation in the foreground with the progress of neuroscience, its relationship with the human mind, its impact on behavior and self identity. Neuroethics includes scientific, philosophical, social, legal, political and scientific knowledge itself and functions arising from the investigation. Provides an opportunity for a multidisciplinary approach from a purely philosophical and scientific. This article is a historical tour of the birth of the Neuroethics and performs a review summary record of the foundations of this discipline in the last decade, ranging from its inception in 2002 until the year 2012.
