Operation Support to Turkey consist in the deployment of an Spanish Anti-Aerial Artillery battery in Adana, Turkey. Due to the Host Nation agreements, Spanish Military Health Corps evacuation capabilities cannot be used outside the military bases, what turns into linguistic difficulties to transmit medical information in case of life threatening emergencies. Due to that, a trilingual evacuation form has been performed in order to transmit the information of first care given by Spanish Health Service according to pre-established items. That report shows the situation, the Health services deployment, the detected problem and the solution implemented for it to be taken into consideration in similar and future situations.
