Health and Education are essential mainstays along life providing strong support for having a good physical, mental and social development, so it is very important to work together with each other. The experience takes place in a neighborhood of Santa Cruz de Tenerife, where there are high rates of social problems, truancy and requests for help from families at various levels. The purpose of our intervention is to promote healthy lifestyles among adolescents and their families for improving their health and prevent disease. Through coordination with the school or teacher, in a class between 12 and 17 years old pupils, will pose undergo a practical test or exam, the realization of an interview by the group of school children to a healthcare professional, on the general theme "health". The healthcare professional studies previously the questions that the teacher will give him, at the time of the interview he will send messages promoting health and healthy habits and lifestyles, adapting this messages in response to each one of the questions. As a result we obtain the coordination between the health system and the education system, satisfying and stimulating creative intervention for both the school group and for health professionals as participants. This is health education from the students' own demand and potential demand study.
