The production of reports, which document clinical cases of persons who have been assist; it presents various difficulties that make these reports prove deficient (1). A clinical report must allow transmitting data that achieve your reader gets the same diagnostic and therapeutic conclusions which the report concludes (2). In this respect, the data appearing must be appropriate and sufficient (3). A one metastructure report is standardize in three categories (Basics Conditioning Factors, Care's Variables, Life Processes) (4,5,6). These categories are implemented computationally and it is analyzed with credibility and efficiency criteria.
