The conception of person, care and our live are linked to the idea of act and habit; the above mentioned term being understood as repetition of acts throughout the time. The aim of the present article is to formalize the relation between both terms. For it a deductive methodology has been in use across extraction of knowledge to slant search in bibliographical sources, formalization of the exposed terms previously and eduction of knowledge for group of experts. During the present investigation, a new relation has been established between these concepts, extending a new understanding of the above mentioned relation, there being opened a new form of understanding of the habit, in such a way that he supposes a reintepretation of the same one in the study of the field of care.
