Assaults on healthcare professionals is an increasing problem where the actions implemented are not being effective and information is still lacking. This study aims to establish a model of the predisposition of nursing professionals to suffer workplace violence in the environment where they provide care. The results show the conditions that characterize the vulnerability of professionals, the risk of the environment and the joint predisposition to any type of aggression. A set of data focused on conceptual models of care that allow identifying the information necessary to design measures to prevent hazards.
