At present, due to the increase in life expectancy, the chronification of health problems and the availability of drugs has led to an increase in their use.

After the legal regulation of the nurse prescription, the relationship between drug treatment and care is legally evidenced and transcends the supposed operational work that nurses maintained in this regard.

This article demostrates how, using deductive methodology, a model has been developed that incorporates the reason and the use of drugs as an act of care, demonstrating the relationship between the indication and the form of use (the prescription at the end and after all) of these and the level of health of people.
