Introduction:
The nursing process (PE) provides information on the problems and needs of the people subject to monitoring and care.
Objectives:
To know the evolution of the PE within the DRAGO-AP Health History between 2011-2018.
Methodology: Observational, descriptive, cross-sectional study.
Results:
16.8% of the diagnoses (DE) come from the Marjory Gordon (PFS) assessment by functional health patterns, in children this origin is maintained, decreasing in other age groups. 4.55% of DE present diagnostic indicators and those that generate care plans drop to 54.71%.
Conclusions:
The DE does not come exclusively through the PFS, the diagnostic phase is the most used and presents differences between age groups.
