- The Armed Forces are a reserve of quick response whereby they can contribute to the constitution of strategic reserves to fight against pandemics.

- Jointly with the effort invested in the specific response to the crisis, the Armed Forces have been able to implement measures for controlling internal outbreaks, minimizing how the pandemic impacts operations whilst keeping the guarantee of security and stability.
