To disseminate scientific literature, performed under strict methodological conditions, that contributes to the improvement of Sports Psychology. It is aim to gather either empirical or theoretical papers, but it gives priority to those focused on the latest and more relevant scientific topics. Interdiciplinary is, in any case, one of the main goals of this journal.
