Material y métodos: para lo cual se evaluó 40 especímenes, obtenidos luego de la confección y preparación de las muestras, en las cuales se aplicaron las concentraciones de ácido fluorhídrico en dos tiempos distintos y un cemento resinoso. Se evaluó la resistencia al cizallamiento mediante la máquina de ensayo universal CMT-5L en el laboratorio High Technology Certificated.  Resultados: los resultados muestran que se encontró una diferencia estadísticamente significativa (p &lt; 0.05) entre dos de los grupos evaluados, más podemos concluir que los valores de resistencia al cizallamiento entre los grupos evaluados y el grupo control presentan valores similares de resistencia adhesiva.  Conclusiones: Las conclusiones de la investigación se centran en que evaluación de la concentración y tiempo de aplicación del ácido fluorhídrico sobre la cerámica de disilicato de litio muestra valores de resistencia adhesiva similares.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT  Iam: The iam of the study was to determine the adhesive strengthoflithiumdisilicateceramicswhenconditionedwithhydrofluoricacid at different concentrations and application times.  Material and methods: for which 40 specimens were evaluated, obtained after making and preparing the samples, in which the concentrations of hydrofluoricacid were applied at two different times and a resinous cement. Shears trength was evaluated using the CMT-5L universal testing machine at the High Technology Certificated Laboratory.  Results: the results show that a statistically significant difference (p &lt;0.05) was found between two of the evaluated groups, but we can conclude that the shears trength values between the evaluated groups and the control group present similar values of adhesive resistance.  Conclusions: The conclusions of the research focus on the evaluation of the concentration and time of application of hydrofluoricacidonlithiumdisilicate ceramic shows similar adhesive strength values.]]></p></abstract>
