Diseño: causi-experimental. Participantes: 20 hombres que colaboraron voluntariamente en el estudio que se implementó en 6 sesiones semanales de una hora. Se utilizaron dos instrumentos, los cuales fueron aplicados antes y después de la intervención: el Leymann Inventory of Psychological Terrorization (LIPT-60), y el General Health Questionnaire by Golberg- GHQ28. Al mismo tiempo se recabaron las siguientes variables: edad, sexo, estado civil, profesión, así como la antigüedad general y el área. Los resultados obtenidos indicaron cambios estadísticamente significativos, de la pre a la postprueba en los factores Desprestigio Laboral e Intimidación Encubierta. Se destaca la intervención de la formación en salud laboral en la implementación de sesiones educativas en los entornos laborales, con la finalidad de evaluar el impacto que tiene el mobbing en los trabajadores y posteriormente crear estrategias para la contención de este mismo.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ABSTRACT Aim: To develop, implement and evaluate the impact of a program for preventing and controlling mobbing violence in a cleaning workers group in the East side of the State of México. Design: Quasi-Experimental. Participants: 20 male employees, who willingly collaborated in the study. It was made in 6 weekly sessions that lasted one hour. The two used instruments were measured before and after the intervention: the Leyman Inventory of Psychological Terrorization (LIPT-60) and the General Health Questionnaire by Golberg (GHQ 28). Personal variables (age, gender, marital status, profession, seniority in the company and working area) were also studied. Statistically significant changes were observed in the results from pre and post testing in the following factors: work disrepair and covert intimidation. It stands out the interventions from occupational-health training by implementing educational sessions in work environments. The final purpose will be to evaluate the mobbing impact in workers as well as to create subsequently strategies for that containment.]]></p></abstract>
