Validar la traducción al español y la adaptación de la escala Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) en el contexto de la simulación clínica, con el fin de evaluar las percepciones de los estudiantes de pregrado de salud sobre el aprendizaje interprofesional.  Sujetos y métodos. Estudio cuantitativo, descriptivo y transversal que tuvo una muestra de 238 estudiantes de diversas carreras de salud de dos universidades chilenas, una pública y una privada. Se aplicó la RIPLS, que fue adaptada a través de un proceso de traducción y validación que incluyó el método Delphi. Se utilizó un análisis factorial exploratorio y el coeficiente alfa de Cronbach para evaluar la fiabilidad del instrumento. Se analizaron las respuestas mediante la estadística descriptiva.  Resultados. El análisis factorial identificó tres dimensiones: 'Trabajo en equipo y relaciones en el equipo interdisciplinar', 'Adquisición de habilidades clínicas' y 'Comunicación efectiva y rol profesional'. El coeficiente alfa de Cronbach fue de 0,89, lo que indica alta consistencia interna del instrumento. Los resultados mostraron que los estudiantes tienen una actitud positiva hacia el aprendizaje interdisciplinario y destacan que la colaboración mejora los resultados de salud.  Conclusión. La versión traducida al español y adaptada al contexto de simulación clínica de la RIPLS es un instrumento válido y fiable para evaluar la disposición al trabajo interdisciplinario en simulación clínica. Su aplicación puede contribuir a la creación de escenarios formativos que fomenten la colaboración entre disciplinas en la educación de profesionales de la salud.]]></p></abstract>
<abstract abstract-type="short" xml:lang="en"><p><![CDATA[ Objective. To validate the Spanish translation and adaptation of the Readiness for Interprofessional Learning Scale (RIPLS) in the context of clinical simulation, in order to evaluate the perceptions of undergraduate health students on interprofessional learning.  Subjects and methods. Quantitative, descriptive, cross-sectional study with a sample of 238 students from different health careers in two Chilean universities, one public and one private. The RIPLS was applied and adapted through a translation and validation process that included the Delphi method. Exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's Alpha coefficient were used to evaluate the reliability of the instrument. Responses were analyzed using descriptive statistics.  Results. Factor analysis identified three dimensions: 'Teamwork and interdisciplinary team relationships', 'Acquisition of clinical skills' and 'Effective communication and professional role'. Cronbach's alpha coefficient was 0.89, indicating high internal consistency of the instrument. The results showed that students have a positive attitude towards interdisciplinary learning, highlighting that collaboration improves health outcomes.  Conclusion. The version translated into Spanish and adapted to the clinical simulation context of the RIPLS is a valid and reliable instrument to evaluate the willingness to work interdisciplinary in clinical simulation. Its application can contribute to the creation of training scenarios that encourage collaboration between disciplines in the education of health professionals.]]></p></abstract>
