The floating shoulder (clavicular and scapular concomitant fracture) is an infrequent condition, mostly related with high energy injuries. We report a 28 year-old man who consulted in our hospital after bicycle fall and contusion over left shoulder. The different therapeutic options and radiological images are described and the literature review is discussed.
