Burns are one of the leading causes of disability and mortality worldwide. In high-voltage electrical burns most common systemic manifestations are renal failure and arrhythmias. Visceral injury secondary to electrical burn is rare and its surgical management is challenging. This article presents a case of a patient with highvoltage electrical burn with involvement of the abdominal wall and secondary bowel injury.
