A technique for intraoral graft remove are well described in the international literature, but always is important to remember the conditions that can influenced for complications in surgical and post surgical time. Considering this, the osseous graft technique are be executed for many dental practitioner, with different type of formation, that can lead to ignorance of some the moment of to realize the surgical procedure. The author´s realize a literature review with emphasis in the conditions of the surgical technique, type of complications and your management. Finally, can be say that after of construed a surgical protocol, the protocol for complications management can be the next way. The complications could be diminished with a properly surgical procedure.
